6. Refund Policy

In general, we do not offer refunds for any services provided, however we do have a few exceptions:

• In the event that our service has been discontinued for a product that a client has subscribed to, the client may be eligable for one of the following: (i) a partial refund, equal to 50% (50 percent) of the client's remaining subscription period for that subscription (from date of discontinuation), or (ii) account credits, equal to 100% (100 percent) of the client's remaining subscription period for that purchase (from date of discontinuation). Requests for this must be submitted within 14 days of the service discontinuation announcement.
• In the event that a client's subscription cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of available resources on our service, the client may be eligable for a refund, equal to 100% (100 percent) of the client's remaining subscription period for that purchase (or, 100% (100 percent) of the last bill, if within 48 hours of the last bill being paid).

We offer a 48 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee on our service; If the client is unsatisfied with our service within the first 48 hours of your purchase, we will offer the client a full refund of their subscription, equal to 100% (100 percent) of their product's cost. The 48 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee comes with the following restrictions
• This is only offered once per client per service type; for example a single client may not use the 48 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee twice for Minecraft servers, but the 48 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee can be used by a Client once for a Minecraft server, and once for a Team Fortress 2 server.
• This offer is only valid within the first 48 hours of a client's subscription period. Any refund request made outside of this period for the 48 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee will not be honored.

Unless otherwise specified, refunds may only be made out to the client's original payment method or as account credit. Account credit granted through our Refund Policy or by any other non-paying means cannot be refunded as currency to any client, for any reason.

7. Intellectual Property

All information and content available on the website, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of InfernoNode.com, and are protected by the laws of Australia, including the laws governing copyrights and trademarks.

Neither the content nor any part of this hosting provider may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our express, prior written consent.

8. Limited Licenses

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to print copies of copyrighted, trademarked, and other registered and marked items displayed or accessed via this hosting provider for non-commercial and personal use only. However, you may not create any derivative work of any materials available on the website.

9. Liability

Under no circumstances will InfernoNode.com be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement. In the event that InfernoNode.com is held liable for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.

10. Service Level Agreement

We do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) for our services at this time. While we endeavor to provide reliable and consistent service to our clients, we cannot guarantee specific uptime percentages, performance metrics, or response times. Clients acknowledge that service availability may vary and that occasional disruptions may occur. We strive to improve our services as we grow, but service level expectations are subject to change as we improve our capabilities.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Violating applicable local, state, national, or international laws;
• Hacking, unauthorized access, or activities intended to breach the security of the game server or any third-party website; and
• Promoting illegal activities or distributing illegal content.

Clients are expected to use our services fairly and reasonably. Excessive resource usage, including but not limited to CPU, memory, disk space, or network usage that degrades service performance, is expressly prohibited.

Clients may not:

• Engage in activities that unreasonably consume large amounts of system resources;
• Impose an excessive load on our infrastructure; or
• Run software that replaces the intended application files with unauthorized applications, including but not limited to using the service for purposes other than those explicitly permitted in your plan (i.e. using a game server for cryptocurrency mining or running unauthorized applications). Running bots is permitted on designated bot plans, as long as they comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and do not interfere with the experiences of other users.

Violation of this policy may result in:
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account;
• Plan restrictions; or
• Immediate termination of services without notice.

Refunds will not be provided for interruptions resulting from violations of this policy.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your service within the notice period. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to a TOS update.
